A Few Words About Me

I’m Barbara Neal, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in helping people overcome life’s challenges by helping them develop healthier life skills, identifying and utilizing their own personal strengths and resources, and a belief in themselves creating a life they want to live. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. I’ve also work with couples to help them learn the skills to build/re-build a strong and lasting relationship that will weather any storm they may face. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental and comforting environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change and reach your desired living. Together, we will explore your goals, develop new insights, and work toward lasting emotional well-being. My training includes certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Therapy (DBT), and various other trainings that provides continual growth to practice high-quality and effective care.
